It is important before the start of the challenge to consider some basic rules:

• It is important that before playing this challenge, the conditions of each player should be discussed, and each one should establish its limits.
• The players must choose a security word, which they will say when they want to stop any of the actions that are carried out in each of the 30 days.
• It is recommended that both participants should have great trust between them.
• It must be played with a round-tipped-scissors if the submissive feels overwhelmed.
• Never have anything tied around the neck.
• Do not tie too strong.
• There must be a master and another slave role that may alternate during the 30 days.
• The tests will increase in intensity as the day´s progress.
